Mykha's Wine Pairing Dinner

 Starters

Traditional Vietnamese Eggrolls
    Delicate and light.  These eggrolls are a favorite at My-Kha’s.  Eggrolls are placed in a leaf of lettuce, garnished with hand-cut vegetables and herbs and dipped into a flavorful Vietnamese sauce. Vegetarian Available. $6

Papaya Salad 
    This traditional salad of shredded green papaya, citrus, tomato, fresh herbs, and a lime dressing is a perfect way to start a meal at My-Kha’s and is easily shared with others. $6

Spring Rolls
    Fresh herbs, rice vermicelli, and hand-made tofu wrapped in moist rice paper.  Served with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. Vegetarian.  $6

Chicken Potstickers
    Steamed and lightly seared.  Served with a delightful ginger soy dipping sauce.  $6

Crab Rangoon
    Homemade dumplings stuffed with crabmeat and cream cheese.  $6

Grandma Noodles
    Appetizer or side-dish.  Wide, homemade, flat wheat noodles served crispy with a drizzle of oyster sauce.  $6

Grilled Eggplant
    Sliced eggplant grilled with onion, garlic, and fresh herbs in a flavorful Vietnamese sauce.  $6

Mushroom Rolls
    Elegant and crisp.  Petite rolls with the wonderful flavor and perfume of fresh mushroom.  $6

Duck Rolls
    Savory rolls of duck seasoned in Asian five-spice served with a tasty peanut dipping sauce.  $6

Avocado Salsa with Chips
    Crisp tortilla chips accompany hand-cut Roma tomato, onion, avocado, cilantro, and lime salsa fresca.  $6

Chicken Flautas
    Fresh herbs and spices enliven these crispy tortilla rolls, served with avocado salsa. $6

Beef

Beef with Crispy Grandma Noodles
    Wide, homemade, flat wheat-noodles and fresh kai lam (a leafy green vegetable) accompany slices of beef seasoned in garlic. $18

Shaking Beef
    Slices of flank steak refreshing flavored with lime, soy, and garlic, served on a bed of crisp watercress. $18
    Filet mignon can be substituted for the flank steak.  A delectable treat. $23 

Mountain Beef
    Flank steak lightly grilled without oil and finished with lime juice.  Fresh Vietnamese herbs come together to tingle the palate. Served warm. $18 

Waterfall Beef
    Cubes of tender filet mignon, grilled and tossed with roasted rice flour, sesame, lady finger, cumin, and banana blossom, and then tossed in lime juice.  This Vietnamese specialty is served warm with a large salad and vegetables.  $23

Chicken

Chicken Tropical
    Fresh mango, papaya, and grapefruit over tender chicken grilled with garlic and lime.  Served with a watercress salad. $18 

Basil Chicken
    Tender Chicken slices flavored with fresh ground pepper, Thai chilies, and lemon basil. $16 

Chicken Curry
    Tender chicken slices grilled in a delicate curry with vegetables.  Served with exotic herbs and rice vermicelli noodles. $18

Cantonese Noodles
    A mild dish of soft wheat noodles sautéed with tender slices of chicken and fresh vegetables.  A favorite of children. $15

Pork

Grilled Pork Chops with Avocado Salsa
    Lightly grilled with garlic and lime.  Served with our refreshing salsa and tortillas. $18

Country Pork
    Traditional Vietnamese style, grilled and caramelized to a tasty finish.  Served with fresh greens of the day. $18 

Vietnamese Slow-Roasted Pork Ribs
    Tender, sweet pork ribs  slow-roasted with tamarind and vegetables, served with fresh greens of the day. $23

Seafood

Catfish
    A whole fish with amazing flavors of herbs, garlic, and lime served in a nest of fresh cut herbs, fruit, and vegetables. $30 

Country Catfish
    Medallions of caramelized catfish filet served with a watercress salad. $25

Shrimp Papaya
    Grilled out of the shell in garlic and lime and served on a fresh bed of ripen papaya with a watercress salad. $20

Shrimp Tamarind
    Grilled in the shell with garlic and lime then drizzled in an elegant tart and sweet sauce made from the tamarind fruit. $20

Calamari
    Rings of calamari sautéed to tenderness flavored with freshly ground pepper, Thai chilies, and lemon basil. $20 

Scallops
    Sea scallops sautéed with garlic and lemongrass.  Served with fresh fruit and greens of the day. $20

Vegetarian

Basil Tofu
    Cubes of tofu, grilled and flavored with fresh ground pepper, Thai chilies, and lemon basil. $18

Mushroom Jubilee
    Portabella, shitake, and domestic mushroom sautéed to perfection in a light Vietnamese broth. Served with vegetables. $18 

Vegetarian Delight
    A combination fresh vegetables handpicked by Mykha, grilled to perfection and served with grandma noodles. $18
